Set on 32 acres, the cabin has a large porch with rocking chairs perfect to enjoy views of the river & mountains. New addition includes an outdoor shower! Please expect no internet, a TV for DVD/CDs only and limited cell reception. Truly unplug & relax.

Centrally located, it’s a short drive to Winterplace Ski Resort, WV’s 1st Mountain Coaster & PuttPutt at Brush Creek Falls, HMT, Pipestem, New and Bluestone Rivers. EV charging station 1/2 mile, Camp Creek. A couple’s get away, traveling for bus, or family vacay, our cabin is perfect. We strive to make every guest as comfortable as possible!

You can purchase beef, pork, and chicken to cook while you’re here or bring a cooler and take some home.

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.
