Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

Four bedroom detached family home in Wembury

Visit peaceful and relaxing Wembury. Loads to do from the doorstep: visit the beach (15min walk or 3 min drive), access to the coastal footpath in both directions, stop in at the local pub or visit the other 2 within the parish. Lots of other beautiful beaches a short drive away and the city of Plymouth is 20 mins away in the car. Please note we have a friendly family cat who lives at the property, she is completely independent and will pop in and out but needs feeding once per day.

Living space has lots of seating, dining area, breakfast bar, and a well-equipped kitchen. Also a bathroom and separate toilet. Smart TV and fast WIFI. Parking is on street but is safe. Self-check in (key safe pin provided) after 3pm. Accessed from communal porch with stairs to the first floor. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbours in the ground floor apartment.

This beautiful light and bright studio has its own sunny, plant-filled patio - ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing. It is the perfect base from which to explore South Devon. Go by car, bus or rail to stunning coasts, beaches and countryside. Visit pubs in nearby villages or go to Totnes, 3 miles away, with its markets, individual shops, restaurants and wine bars. From there enjoy a river trip to historic Dartmouth. Our friendly village has a great shop, post office and garage.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. A truly romantic space for couples wanting something a bit special. Set in rural Devon, Wheels Cottage is a luxury property featuring a four poster bed set beside a bath for both of you to stretch out in. Enjoy countryside walks, a cosy wood burner, outdoor seating with a fire pit and bbq facilities. This property is a self contained one bedroom property suited to accommodate one couple with the option of a sofa bed to sleep a family group.
