Cottage 1 is a spacious Cottage made from 2nd hand bricks and extensive use of timbers, sleeping 6 in 2 bedrooms. Popular in winter with a woodfire (April-Nov, wood supplied) plus a spa bath. Full kitchen facilities, comfy leather sofas, dining table, heating, air conditioning, free wifi, BBQ and farm animals grazing. Full bedding and towels provided.

There are 2 air cons, a ceiling fan and individual fans in bedrooms for summer with gas heating for winter. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer. (For 2 guests, we lock off the second bedroom). The farmhouse was built back in the early 1900s as one of the original houses in the Kallista area. It boasts some of Melbournes most magnificant views. Views are to Cardinia Dam, down the Mornington Peninsula and to the Bays.
