You’ll love the super high ceilings and the open concept. Originally built in 1894, we’re conveniently located near downtown and steps away from great PA Wilds hiking! Ridgway’s Rail Trail is also just blocks away. Enjoy a full kitchen and your own laundry room, as well as a dining area and personal work space.

Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. We tried to stay true to the original design... they just don't make little houses like this anymore. This is a peaceful house nestled along farms and forests, but close to wineries, ATV trails, Elk Viewing, fishing the Clarion River, hunting in the PA Wilds, hiking, biking, kayaking or canoeing. Lots of parking space, so bring your trailers, ATVs, even Horses! Full kitchen, lots of room. Was the sight of the former RC Metals Powder plant that we are slowly turning into something beautiful!
