It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. This is a private in-law living suite, with private entrance in rear and self check in. The studio has its own heating and cooling system and thermostat control. The spacious studio room offers its own full bathroom, kitchenette, and walk-in closet. A desk is provided for office work. It's all entirely separated from the main house and very private. Walk out of its door is a private balcony. You don't share anything with anybody except the parking space. The main house is also an Airbnb unit.
