The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, large storefront windows, a full kitchen and bathroom, and the bank vault off one of the two bedrooms. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly remodeled, home right on the Wisconsin River. You are just steps from the water. Located a short walk from a public boat landing, public land and just off of the ATV/UTV trail and snowmobile trails. No matter the season, you will see an abundance of wildlife, including many bald eagles that nest just across the water. Even though this is on the water, there is not direct access, and swimming is not advised due to river currants.

The Tailor Apartment is an upper apartment in a downtown historic building in Richland Center. The apartment was once used as a tailor shop back in the day. The space was completely renovated in 2019. It boasts high ceilings, original wood flooring and tons of natural light from the large windows. A great space to just kick back and relax. Many local attractions such as the Pine River, outdoor movie theater, bowling alley, hiking trails, restaurants and historic downtown.
