Cabin 9 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen with granite, huge front porch with table, gas grill and relaxing chairs PLUS a screened in back porch for relaxing with a woods view. Kayaks & tubes at the common area between 9 &10.

Lake House in Averill Park, NY (age 30+ excl kids)

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).

This one Bedroom apartment is in a riverfront colonial mansion built by oilcloth baron and philanthropist Deborah Ball Powers in the early 19th century. The apartment is modest: full kitchen, dining room downstairs and BR / bath up. But the grounds are grand: 2 acres of Hudson river waterfront - comes with shared use of canoes, croquet or badminton and other games for the lawn, and bikes you can ride to historic local destinations.
