Trotz unmittelbarer Zentrumsnähe ist von dem nächtlichen Altstadttrubel der Innenstadt nicht viel zu spüren, die Ostengasse ist eine verkehrsberuhigte Fahrradstraße. In die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Meter Fußweg.

Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht noch ein Yoga- und Trainingsraum (ca. 30 qm) zur Verfügung und lädt ein zu Yoga, Meditation, Boxsacktraining. Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr, Eltern haften für ihre Kinder.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
