It has a kitchen/dining and living room open space with access to a patio with a spa pool (private use), outdoor dining set up and barbecue. The shopping mall is just up the street and follow the beachfront promenade to the cafe. You can bring your boat, park and launch it from the nearby boat ramp.

With Hatfields Beach, Orewa and Wenderholm Regional Park on your doorstep it makes for a great location. The airport is within an hour's drive.
