This clean, bright home with two large bedrooms and two plush couches for that extra guest will be sure to fit all your guests comfortably. The back yard is complete with a pergola, outdoor seating and grill for those perfect Lubbock summer nights. We are happy to help and accommodate all the needs you may have!

The Mission Belle

This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Enjoy outdoor spaces on the large front patio or the brick patio in the back with a grill. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

THE COZY COTTAGE, A Great place to hang your hat.

This Beautiful Cozy cottage is located in the small town of Post City Texas. Located a few blocks from downtown and walking distance to a local United Grocery store. The Cottage is a small house, with a queen size bed, side table, dresser, a side chair and an Armoire. The Bathroom is small, but has a large walk in shower. The kitchen is set up with lots of cabinets and comes complete with a small table and 2 stools, it has a large refrigerator, an apartment size stove and a Microwave
