Ltd access to snowmobile trails directly from the house. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from IGA (park across the st., or Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Walking distance to Pickford Pub and mins o Mtn Star Estate.

Privately situated 4.5 acres on a private hillside in the Sunday River Valley with PANORAMIC VIEWS of all the trails in Sunday River Ski Resort. This 4+bedroom/3 bathroom chalet sleeps 14. The bright and sunny main level has an open floor plan with a beautiful stone fireplace in the living area. The daylight basement has a second living area with a hearth and a wood stove. Enjoy the oversized wrap around deck complete with grill and 7-seat hot tub!

The Terraces #5 Private Lakefront Cabin

Cabin #5 is available spring to fall. It is cozy getaway located on Rangeley Lake. Guests have access to the lake via 100 meter walk down to the dock. You will be a less than a 5 minute drive to a bustling main street with great local shops and eateries. The cabin is accessible by 2 sets of stairs or a path from the parking lot. The cabin is quaint and we provide the necessities. That being said, there is not a microwave or electric coffee maker.
