Waterfront! dock/kayaks/fire pit!

Enjoy your private lakefront cabin! Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. This is a non-smoking, pet free environment. It is completely private with a front door code that will give you personal and secure access. The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of unique shops, eateries, Rolater Park, cave exploration, historic buildings, Pinhoti trail and more.

The Waverly at Leisurely Farm

The Barn Loft

Come stay on our little farm in a unique, beautifully decorated, quaint barn loft. Experience a little bit of farm life during your stay. Fairytale Cabin on Lake Wedowee

Escape to our fairytale, on 100 secluded acres of gorgeous forest on Lake Wedowee/river (short walk to water down road). Soak in the hot tub, bake a pizza in the wood-fired oven, snuggle in nest swing or stroll the river road to swim or kayak. Hike to Wolf Creek and pan for gold. This gorgeous cabin is inspired by the 1840s rock chimneys-found in the forest—built with reclaimed heart of pine, stained glass & cedar from the woods. No tv—this is a place to unplug. You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. . Enjoy 4 acres of seclusion adjacent to the Chief Ladiga trail and walking distance to the Pinhoti trail. The main level contains a fully appointed kitchen, half bath, and sleeper couch. Ascend the spiral stairs to the main bedroom with exposed beams and a rustic tin ceiling. Enjoy 3 decks and soak in the scenery or relax in the swinging bed or hottub and listen to the sounds of Little Terrapin Creek.

Welcome to Sammy's Lodge! This WATERFRONT *Rustic* country cabin retreat is the perfect country getaway for small families or couples looking for a peaceful and romantic stay. Firewood is available upon request, we will supply enough for one fire, (fire pit outside and fireplace inside) the extra firewood will be $7 per bundle unless you bring your own. Located on 7 acres in the beautiful Choccolocco Valley with gorgeous views of the Appalachian Foothills. In addition to lovely interior decor, outdoor spaces include patio with grill, covered area, and adjacent wildlife area/walking. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and accessible by stairs. The home is located adjacent to my home.
