This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery. This space was used as an Art Gallery.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The farm is near many diving and spring water venues, Chi institute, Fire College, zip line, and other Florida amusements.
