In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die 120m² Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für bis zu 6 Gäste buchbar und verfügt über 3 Schlafräume (2 davon mit Waschbecken im Zimmer), 2 Bäder (einmal Bad/WC, einmal Dusche/WC mit Waschmaschine), über eine geräumige große Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und noch einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kabel-TV. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer der Hauptwohnung ist klein aber fein!

Das 2019 total renovierte Apartment verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Flachbild Sat TV und Netflix Zugang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie eine separate Toilette. Besonderes Highlight der Wohnung ist die hübsche Sonnenterrasse mit Blick in den Garten.

It is an own apartment in our house. Size: 34 m2 with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom (shower & toilet). It is a new building (completion date: July 2017). Approximately 20 minutes walk to the center (old town) or a busride with 3 stops. The busstop is a 3 min-walk away. Parking spaces are almost always available (side street, free of charge). Location: A lovely area – equal in the city but in the other direction also equal to the country side.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
