This is an entire house, minus one bedroom/bathroom that’s rented separately. It has no access inside. Two different private front doors. No shared spaces. You will have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living, and laundry rooms to yourself. Please be courteous & respectful of noise at front door and living room. Very quiet neighbors and located at dead end paved road on a lake point where you can see spectacular sunrises and sunsets. This house offers one bathroom and two bedrooms with queen beds, one with twin bunk. The master bedroom and bathroom is private to the owners only. The space is not shared, the owners are not on premise.

Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. Cozy cabin located on the Ocklocknee River inside Riverfront campground. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway. Kayak rentals are available for $50 Feel free to message for any other questions! Excellent fishing year round boat launch on property. Lake Talquin less than 5 miles away. FSU and Tallahassee are about 30 minutes away. $50.00 security deposit for unseen damage after cabin inspection if everything looks good you will get refund.
