We have built a new home with its own rustic elegance and converted the original old dairy into an outdoor entertaining and bbq area for guests private use. Enjoy what the area has to offer nearby or within 40 min drive. From September Airbnb booking fee you pay them at end is added up front to hosts nightly rate. Same total cost to you ? And even though they said we would receive same, we don’t. Less to host while looking like we increased our rate :(
