Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Fauna studio on the lake

Set on 23 acres of wooded land with a lovely little lake on your doorstep, this cozy space features a private year-round hot tub, full kitchen, board games and a king size bed. Located just outside of St Martins and the Fundy Trail Parkway, you’ll find everything you need with us after a day spent hiking, riding ATV trails, floating in the lake and exploring the Fundy Coast. Newly renovated with modern amenities and cozy touches, this is the perfect place to relax away from it all!

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

Features electric fireplace, live-edge dining table and breakfast bar, treadmill and light gym equipment, and heated bathroom floor. The unit is steps away from a walking trail along Bay Shore.

Take it easy at this unique, Bayfront tranquil getaway. This cozy 1 bedroom fully stocked apt has all you need for a peaceful stay. Wake up to the sounds and sights of the bay of Fundy. You have your own private balcony, with amazing views. Tiny house feel, right on the ocean. Take a very short walk to Duck Pond beach and split rock. Beach stair access to be completed soon. There is even a studio on-site for a souvenir of your stay in NB, at the on-site Seawitch studio.

We offer one night stays! Enjoy stunning panoramic sunset views of the beautiful Belleisle Bay in the Star Dome; situated in a natural meadow near the lodge building. The Star Dome provides a unique experience with propane fireplace, and a clear roof for star gazing. The outdoor viewing deck includes a kitchen with all utensils/ hot sink, hot shower, toilet and BBQ. Round out your relaxation with our Finnish wood-stove sauna and cold tub at $50 per hour.

Sea Breeze Cottage | Historic House near Sea Caves

Located beside the famous Sea Caves, Sea Breeze Cottage is a historic beach house just minutes from Fundy Trail Provincial Park. Walk to the beach and local restaurants in two minutes, or spend your days hiking, kayaking, and exploring the ocean floor at low tide. Built in the 1880s, this historic home retains wide wooden floorboards and original plaster walls upstairs, thoughtfully paired with modern updates for a comfortable, relaxed coastal stay.
