Take in sweeping ocean and sunset views from the 3rd floor of this corner property, with even better vistas to be had from the wicker chairs on the terrace. After a dip in the pool, rinse off under the rain shower in a twin-vanity bathroom. Direct oceanfront with great surfing right in front and located in the center of Jaco where you can easily walk to all of Jaco's shops and restaurants. Please no party groups and strict no guest policy. Taxi's into town are just $2-3, or you can easily walk/bycycle. No guest policy, maximum 4 people.

My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden.
