NO A/C, but trade-wind breezes and ceiling fans provide comfort in this tropical paradise. This upstairs unit is 1 part of a 2-story, 4-plex building. Note: there’s construction on the parking side of the building, so curb appeal is not at its best right now but the view makes up for it.
