Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.

Welcome to my pet friendly Airbnb. The apartment is at the back our house, separated by our double garage. You have your own bedroom, living space, kitchenette, bathroom, carpark and rear garden. This 'tiny home' is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find Fresh Choice, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.
