Villa Giulia benefits from a unique location: just 5 minutes on foot from the village, yet set in a peaceful area, and 15 minutes on foot from the beaches of Mylopotas, and Kolitsani. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can host 6-7 guests. It has a living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, AC, smart TV and washing machine. It offers two outdoor dining areas: a private sea-view patio with barbecue and wood-fired oven and a pool area shared with another residence. The villa has its own private parking

Notre luxueuse maison de style cycladique vous accueillera pour vos vacances sur l'île de Ios, à 400m de la superbe plage de Yalos. Située légèrement en hauteur, vous bénéficierez d'une vue panoramique sur Kampos (la campagne), Chora (le village), le port et enfin la plage. Tout cela dans une quiétude absolue, loin de la vie animée du village, mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, nous n'acceptons pas les groupes d'étudiants.

‘Thalassa’ is a fully renovated Cycladic house located in one of the most beautiful spots on the island just above Mylopotas beach. It includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with sea view and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside area provides sitting places, a barbecue area and a pool! Only a kilometer away from Mylopotas beach (200 m dirt road). We can accommodate up to 16 people to all our villas!!
