The ground floor is composed of a kitchen with a large dining area and the upper floor by a bright bedroom with double bed, bathroom and a balcony with a nice view. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.

The house is a maisonette and it is comprised of three levels: 1. Ground floor with a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. 2. First floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. 3. Basement with a very big room and a big bathroom. There is a big porch in front of the house at the level of the ground floor, a small balcony at the back side of the house and a second balcony at the first floor of the bedroom.

Oikia Panorama - Πέτρινη κατοικία στο Νότιο Πήλιο

Πρόκειται για διώροφη παραδοσιακή Πηλιορείτικη κατοικία 100 τ.μ. με θέα στο Αιγαίο που κόβει την ανάσα. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό Προμύρι. Η κατασκευή της χρονολογείται περίπου στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του 1930. Το 2008 ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως διατηρώντας όλα τα παραδοσιακά χαρακτηριστικά της.
