Head out the garden doors to sit & enjoy a cool cocktail on the covered wrap around deck overlooking the second green of the Pleasant Valley Golf Course! Your sleeping arrangements consist of the main floor queen master suite comes with a full ensuite bathroom, and second floor queen bedroom, and secondary loft with a queen and a double bed. The second level comes with full bathroom.

This unique place has a style all of its own! The apartment was once one large classroom and now it has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom, and an open plan, well-stocked kitchen and living room, with private access to a laundry and 2nd bathroom on a lower level. Toiletries and slippers make for a cosy stay. Pelican Lake is a few mins walk, as is the Motor Hotel (beer store), a grocery store, (gas stn. & liquor mart), a Lounge & Restaurant, Bait Store, and post office.

Enjoy the community of Ninette & Pelican Lake! Great for all seasons whether you enjoy a cozy cabin in the winter where you can snow shoe & ice fish or whether you want to relax at the edge of the lake while the kids play in the water. Please note: kids stay free! Just state the number of adults as guests.

Watch the sun rise from the spacious deck, sit by the fireplace, go for a walk in the woodsy village of cottages, fish by the lake, grab a board game, and end the day warming up by the fire pit surrounded by oak trees. If you love nature, you’ll love our cottage. Dogs welcome. The hot tub is not currently running. We apologize for any inconvenience.
