Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Marianna’s house

Marianna's house is a two-storey house of 37 sqm in a farm surrounded by orange and peach trees. The ground floor of the 20 sqm is consisted of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. An external staircase drives you to the first floor, where is the bedroom, a wc and a balcony. The house offers tranquility to enjoy beautiful moments! It is 2.5 km from Leonidio where you can get the necessary and 700m from the closest beaches! Forget your worries and relax in this serene space.

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
