This is a beautiful, renovated old building in the heart of Potsdam. It is located in the 4th floor and is 65 square meters in size. There is one bedroom with double bed, a living room with balcony, which is so large that you can comfortably sit in pairs on it. The fully renovated bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has everything a kitchen needs so equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery and various utensils, and some things of basic necessities such as coffee, tea, spices are available and can be used. There is a dining table in the kitchen with overlooking to potsam and then another one in the living room. The living room also has a couch where a third person could sleep comfortably. Furthermore, there is a TV and wifi. The apartment is located quiet, and nevertheless centrally. To Sanssouci Park with historic buildings, there are only 5 minutes. Also in the downtown pedestrian zone and many shops, you will be within 5 minutes. The Dutch Quarter and many other historic sights are nearby. Potsdam is also known for its many parks and lakes. With a bike you would be within 15 minutes at the Heiliger See with good water quality for swimming and inviting. The Potsdam Central Station offers easy access to Berlin by train or regional train. The city center of Berlin, it takes about 30 minutes by local train. The apartment can be rent for shorter stays or even weekly or monthly rental. Feel free to ask if you need more informations. In addition, we offer free of charge, to its own parking in the yard.

Die komplett ausgestattete Unterkunft liegt im Erdgeschoss mit ebenerdigem Zugang. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg (etwa 3 Minuten) erreicht man die Unterkunft von verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Regionalbahn, Straßenbahn, Bus). Den kleinen Einkauf für Lebensmittel, Blumen, Bücher, Apotheke, Fahrradverleih, Restaurants und Pizzaservice, kann man im Umkreis von 200 m zur Unterkunft erledigen. Neu ab 09/ 2022: Optional kann 1 PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück für 5,00 €/Nacht gebucht werden.

Ferienwohnung mit Seeblick, 50m vom See entfernt

Hallo, ich vermiete meine schöne Ferienwohnung in Caputh unmittelbar am Wasser gelegen, mit Blick auf den Templiner See. Vom Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon und kann den Blick auf den See genießen. Ein 1.60m breites Boxspringbett sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf. Fernseher, eine kleine Musikanlage sowie einige Gesellschaftsspiele sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und ihr könnt dort toll frühstücken. Weiterhin gibt es ein Duschbad.

Die Wohnung liegt genau dort, wo sich Stadt und Natur vereinen: historische Bauten, angenehm entspannt und doch abgeschieden: Freuen Sie sich auf den "Park Sanssouci" direkt vor Ihrer Haustür (circa 300 m Fußweg). Die gemütliche Innenstadt mit den idyllischen Straßen- und Park Cafés sowie Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in circa fünf Minuten mit einem schönen Spaziergang zu erreichen, wobei der Weg durch die historische Altstadt führt.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Apartment in Potsdam-Babelsberg

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

Meine Gästewohnung bietet auf 45 m2 Platz für 2-4 Personen. Sie ist gemütlich-modern eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein - so sagen es meine Gäste :-). Nach einem langen Ausflugstag ermöglicht einem das separate Schlafzimmer etwas Rückzug. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine eigene Küchenzeile und ein Duschbad. Bei mehr als zwei Gästen kann das Schlafsofa zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut werden.

Meine Unterkunft ist in einer der schönsten Straßen Potsdams im Seitenflügel eines historischen Stadthauses. Die Innenstadt und den Park Sanssouci erreicht man in 5 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung liegt in Potsdam Szeneviertel Potsdam-West mit spannenden Läden, Coffeeshops & Bäckereien. Die Wohnung wurde 2024 von uns saniert und neu ausgestattet. Für die Gäste stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung liegt Parterre im Hofgebäude . Es sind ein Wohn- Schlafraum, eine Wohnküche und ein Duschbad. Ein gemütlicher Außenbereich gehört auch dazu. Sie wohnen in einem Holländerhaus im Holl. Viertel. Innenstadtlage mit 1 min Fußweg zur Straßenbahn. Hauptbahnhof über 4 Stationen zu erreichen. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Essen, Trinken, Einkaufen sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
