A short drive to historic New Harmony and Evansville so you can attend events like Kunstfest and the Fall Festival. Also not far from USI & U of E.

Nest: 1905 Carriage House Apartment

Our renovated 1912 carriage house was designed exclusively for Airbnb guests! Set in the midst of Semper Fulgens gardens, this luxury apartment is small but features a large bathroom with clawfoot tub, a loft bedroom with king sized bed, a sitting area, and coffee bar. There is not a full kitchen, but we do have a fridge. Not suitable for kids. A place for pet lovers! We do have two dogs, a cat and chickens who live on the property and have access to courtyard and event space.

Haven on the Hilltop, Built in 1864

This home, built in 1864, promises an unforgettable stay, where timeless charm meets modern luxury. A short drive to USI, Mesker Zoo, Disc Golf Course, Helfrich Golf course, and Franklin St. which hosts the Fall Festival, boutiques & bars. Upon entering, guests are met with hardwood floors and a driftwood dining table. Guests have full access to this 3 BR and 1 bath and parking for 5 standard vehicles (see photo for parking visual). This is a nice spacious cabin in the woods right on the water. It has a covered front porch across the entire length of the cabin. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The interior is all finished in beautiful native hardwood lumber. It is surrounded by large oak trees and has a pond right in front. It is set back approximately 300 ft from a public road which provides excellent privacy.

The Farm

Step away from the fast pace of daily life and enjoy family, friends and the peace of country living. Secluded modern farm house, that began as a log cabin, situated on approximately 100 acres of crop fields and includes a scenic lake. This property has been in our family for over 100 years. It has been lovingly furnished and decorated for a one of a kind stay. We want our guests to unplug, refresh, and renew.

We also have a 25amp Level 2 charger available upon request for anyone needing to charge their EV while they stay!
