Pop on the fluffy dressing gowns and relax as you chill in front of the open fire, or you could just pop to the quaint historic country pub a few yards down the road on your return from one of the many stunning beaches. Downstairs there is a wet room with fired earth tiles, underfloor heating, jam pan basin and Soap Co toiletries, quarry tiled floor to the kitchen with stable door. Dressing gowns and slippers are also provided. A vintage style record player and vinyl records are also in the bedroom. A selection of vinyl is also provided but why not bring your own special song and surprise your partner. Wifi included. Courtyard enclosed garden, with outside power, seating, lighting and cobblestones. As soon as you arrive you will be able to make that cup of tea, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, freshly ground coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and fresh flowers. We also provide a few goodies for yourself and should you book you dog in a welcome pack for your furry friend. Dogs are charged at £20 per booking. You will have the whole of the property and the outside courtyard all to yourselves. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
