We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Manor House, super cute, close to Sequoia Park.

The Manor House, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in Tulare California it is located 1 mile off the 99 highway and 2.5 hrs. North of Los Angeles. The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park and the central California coast is 2 hours away. The house has central AC and Instant hot water heater for the house so you can have back-to-back hot showers! It's super clean and a great location. Thanks
