Less than 4 miles outside of E-ville, it comfortably sleeps 2 adults and offers a chic and romantic setting for a couple to hide away with easy access to downtown. 4x4 a must in the snow, or simply park at the foot of the driveway. Blair Farmhouse was built over 100 years ago located in the farming community of Nunda, New York. The home has spacious rooms with large windows. Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only
