The house makes the most of the raw beauty that the Tomaree National Park offers the house embraces its position and creates a serene living environment inside and out. Moving past the stunning manicured and mature gardens, the double-storey house offers three bedrooms tilled floors coastal hues and a light-filled interior. The living room connects to a formal dining area then on to a modern kitchen that leads out to rear gardens overlooking the timeless and stunning Tomaree National Park.

Isla Villa Beach House - Shoal Bay

A large resort style house with a heated salt water pool, fire place and ducted air conditioning system. This spacious home is situated in an ideal location in stunning Shoal Bay. The shopping and restaurant strip (including Shoal Bay Country Club) is just a 10 minute walk away. Wreck Beach is a short stroll from the backyard of the property (temporarily closed due to flood damage to the track). Mount Tomaree as well as Zenith and Box Beach can also be accessed by foot from the backyard.

With a vast outdoor area which opens to a large in ground pool and backyard, you could spend hours just relaxing at home or enjoy the amazing attractions that Port Stephens has to offer.

Bring the family & your pet to Petite Maison for a getaway from the hum drum of daily life. The house has a full size kitchen, a spacious bathroom, laundry, & a divinely comfy lounge room. We have an outdoor patio with a BBQ, & a great yard for the kids & the dog. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area & main bedroom. While you are visiting, take time exploring or relaxing at our magnificent bays, beaches, parks, restaurants & cafe's.

Cracker getaway with pool and entertaining space

Our family getaway is walking distance to the village centre (with a grocery store, family-style restaurants and the local pub) and a quick car ride away from Birubi and One Mile Beach. At home you can spend time by the pool, relax in the outdoor entertaining space, sleep in quality beds and cook with everything you need for a delicious feast. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), small groups up to 9 people, and furry friends (pets).

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
