It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.

The condo has a large bedroom with a very comfortable King size bed, a sleeper sofa and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. No worries about beach parking . 2 adults 2 children or 3 adults

We also have a Fantastic view off our beach of all the rocket launches! The house fully stocked. Equiped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sunscreen and coffee.The house is one bedroom, however there is a queen air mattress for 1 or 2 extra guests.
