Cabin is closest to the pond with a sand beach and a concrete pad with lounge chairs . 1 king bed, 1 queen bedroom, and a loft with a queen bed and a twin. Full bath with tile step in shower. Fully functional kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes, spices, utensils, etc. Outside you have a wrap around porch, charcoal grill and fire pit with swing away cooking grate.

Round Pond Lodging - Eagle's Nest

This cabin is just part of our business which is called Round Pond Lodging, where we offer deer and turkey hunts during the season. Another plus to our property is that we are just minutes away from the Shawnee National Forest, Ohio River, Harrah's Casino, and Paducah KY home of the AQS Quilt Show. Every property we have offers a view of the quiet, beautiful, scenery that we call home. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Sun porch w/seating. Bar style seating on open porch. Four kayaks with paddles and life vests. Covered concrete parking for one vehicle w/additional gravel parking. BBQ Grill (uses gas or briquettes). Gas Fire Pit. Children MUST be monitored due to water feature and road. No dogs or animals allowed.

Our cabin is just minutes away from the Trail of Tears, Dixon Springs State Park, the delicious Chocolate Factory, the towns of Golconda, Metropolis, and the bigger city of Paducah. There is something for everyone. From hiking, fishing the stocked lake, to relaxing in the hot tub. This place has it all. There is a $25.00 charge per guest for anymore than 2 guests.
