A spacious basement was created and the original structure was remodeled from the inside out. The Bungalow has been stylishly furnished and thoughtfully equipped to help its guests feel right at home. Whether you are visiting family or exploring Ponca State Park, the Bungalow is the perfect place for you!

Hometown Hideaway

Hometown Hideaway is located near Ponca State Park- a great place for a weekend getaway! This charming house built in 1925 has been recently renovated and provides a great place to experience moments and create memories with friends and family. There’s lots of room for kids to play and adults to relax. Ponca has many hidden gems to discover! We are still putting finishing touches in the house, but are excited to share this beautiful home. Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Enjoy the peace of this bucolic setting in the bluffs of the Loess Hills near the Missouri Nat'l Rec River bottom. The Cottage sits on an acre that's popular with deer, wild turkeys, and songbirds. Family and cultural activities, restaurants, and shopping are available at nearby Ponca (nine miles), home of Ponca State Park, and Vermillion, SD (18 miles), home of the University of South Dakota. Access to the Missouri River is nearby. We're 31 miles from S. Sioux City, 45 min. from Yankton.

Mulberry bend and lookout on the Missouri River are close by. Mullbery bend has a boat dock less than 1/4 mile from the cabin. Lots of boating and kayaking on this part of the Missouri River. The cabin is less than a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Vermilion South Dakota and 30 minutes from Yankton , SD. Lewis and Clark recreational area.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.
