The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

Walk down to the river & stop by the cutest flower shop (bring cash) Take a bike ride across the river on The Buena Vista Ferry, bird watch, visit vineyards. relax fire pit side, float the Willamette river, Play cornhole, tetherball, cards, or sit and listen to music. Make s’mores or popcorn or noodles. walk up to the cemetery. Meet the neighbors cats; they usually make a debut

Full home perfect for families and groups. We are pet friendly with a large backyard, so you can bring your furry loved ones! We have a hot tub, 3 king-sized beds and a queen-size air mattress. The kitchen appliances and laundry machines are modern and guests are welcome to use. The kitchen has everything you need to prep amazing family meals. There is a large driveway that can comfortably park 3+ cars. The entire home is on a single level. It's easy to feel at home here!
