This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.

The Deer Run Home, as we call it, is a secluded, quiet and peaceful equestrian property with a delightful amount of wildlife nestled in the foothills of North Carolina. This private two room suite with separate entrance in our one-of-a-kind 1915 cottage is walkable to town and has a saltwater pool and outdoor shower. Enjoy the patio in peaceful privacy. We'll stoke the firepit for you on cool evenings. The rooms are decorated with our own and friends' original art.
