Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

Fargo is a historic building dating back to 1914. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Ace Hardware is two blocks away where you can buy outdoor gear and cool clothing. Tough Guy Bowling Alley one half block away. Walking distance to Idaho State University. A five minute drive to the City Creek trail system. Pretty much a ten minute drive to almost anywhere in Pocatello.

It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
