Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

This beautiful Annisquam Village cottage was renovated to the highest level of quality by two artist's. Located just 5 minutes from Lighthouse Beach, Cambridge Beach and Talise Restaurant. Bunny Cottage has beautiful gardens, is surrounded by water on 3 sides, and has peek-a-boo views of Wingaersheek Beach from the bedroom window. Ample yard space for beach and ocean views! 3 min walk to sand, 5 min walk to restaurants & stores at the Island center; 3 min to Parker River Wildlife Refuge; 10 min drive to historic Newburyport. There are enough beds for the whole family to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Fish from the sand, walk or bike the island, visit the Parker River Reserve, or enjoy the fantastic Newbury/Newburyport area with many dining options!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Beautiful hand built very private cabin with master bedroom and large loft located deep in the woods of Cape Ann. Walking distance to down town Rockport and waterfront. Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests. Pets are allowed only with advanced request to ensure safety of guest and residents pets. NEM 1450 plug for EV charging.

Welcome to our dog friendly beach cottage stocked with all your kitchen needs, beach essentials and fully fenced in yard. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach! 3 bedrooms and a large living room. The fully fenced in yard is a true oasis with plenty of room to tan, grill and sit around the fire pit. Parking for 4 cars. Downtown Newburyport is only 3 miles away. Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart.
