Die 100 m² große Wohnung bietet dir ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine & Trockner, eine separate Toilette und einen eigenen Arbeitsplatz. Ideal auch für längere Aufenthalte. Haustiere sind erlaubt. KFZ-Stellplatz optional verfügbar. Es gibt noch zwei weitere Wohnungen im selben Haus.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Komplett renoviert mit Kaminofen , Saunahaus im Freien, sowie ab Mai einen Pool. Im Haus steht ein Billardtisch und ein Kicker parat um die Abende spannender zu gestalten. 300 MB Glasfaser Highspeed Internet und eine Wallbox zum Laden des E Autos sind ebenfalls selbstverständlich. Das Haus ist in Alleinlage direkt an den Wander- und Radwegen. Ca. 250 km Mountainbike Strecken stehen zur Verfügung. 2 Badeseen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das See Ferienhaus Natur

Das Holz-Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem ca. 600 m² großen und liebevoll gestaltetem Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Entspannen und Erholen für bis zu 6 Personen. Zwei Terrassen mit Markisen und gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten laden zum Sonnenbaden oder zum gemeinsamen Essen ein. Die Highlights des Gartens sind ein Jacuzzi mit Holzbefeuerung, eine Feuerschale und der rustikale Sitzplatz im Grünen. Das Grundstück hat teilweise Seeblick - der Badesee ist in ca. 3 Fußminuten zu erreichen.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. Mamut is a warm friendly country home with generous common spaces and unique bedrooms. It is designed to enjoy time together, relax in front of the fireplace or hang out in the surrounding garden. Guests especially appreciate the huge table, kids-friendly environment and the BBQ shed.

Heute liegt Pfrentsch ruhig und idyllisch in einer reizvollen Landschaft - ideal zum Spazierengehen, Walken, Wandern und Radfahren.

Der kleine Weiher neben dem Haus lädt zu Beobachtungen in der Natur ein. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir freuen uns darauf, euch einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Genießen Sie die herrlich idyllische Gegend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Marienbad, Karlsbad, Eger, Waldsassen und vielen weitern attraktiven Zielen in der Gegend. Wir freuen uns diesen Teil der Welt mit ihnen zu teilen.
