Welcome to AfterDune Delight where you're only a 4 minute walk from the beach! Kick back and relax in this calm coastal cottage style townhome. Open concept living room and kitchen offers tons of natural light and plenty of room for entertaining! Enjoy the weather and grilling on the finished back yard patio. The cleaning fee ($195) covers a professional cleaning before each check in. The linen fee ($130) provides fresh linens for the beds, bath/hand towels, wash clothes and bath mats.

2 Blocks to the Tennessee Ave beach access in CB! 4 story townhome built in 2020, close to the beach with beautiful décor and amenities. Very spacious, yet cozy floor plan to make you feel right at home. 5 outdoor lounging options to take in the ocean breezes. Beach items available for use vary, but here are the basics: a couple of beach chairs, a sturdy umbrella, 2 beach carts to lug your stuff, various beach toys, some inflatables, beach mats, etc. There are also 3 bikes with locks.

A portion of the proceeds is given to a local bird rescue group,"Skywatch Bird Rescue," located North of Carolina Beach in Castle Hayne. Volunteers, to include your host, take injured birds to facility to be rehabilitated and released back to the wild.
