Charming apartment at the beach with free wifi

Nice apartment, very well equiped, full of light, of about 50 square meters and consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom and living room open to the kitchen. It is located in a pedestrian street (fourth floor with lift) only a few meters from the beach and in the best area of the capital of Gran Canaria to enjoy the city. You can use everything in the house- usually we'll leave some water, olive oil, spices, salt, coffee, and all the basics. We offer you lots of towells and beautiful linen.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. If you come with children, the capacity can grow to 5 people, since one child can sleep in the high sleeper and we have a fold-away crib for an infant. You'll have numerous restaurants at hand, as well as a shopping centre and a theatre/concert hall. There are direct bus connections to the most interesting and important places in town, as well as bike paths.

Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
