You’ll love our place because of the quiet, comfortable location and the views of the countryside. Our upstairs Carriage House is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A nice place to walk and see wildlife. Grocery store 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s with WIFI and Netflix. Carrier mini split AC and heat.

Suburban Denver metro townhome in excellent location; a short drive to Denver Tech Center (5 miles), downtown (18 miles), Anschutz Medical Center (and Children's Hospital: 8 miles) and Denver International Airport (20 miles). A seven mile bike path encircles the lake, also a 9 hole golf course, frisbee golf, fishing, boating and of course peace and quiet. The home is open concept with an 8 foot island accommodating 8, a lake side dining room, a TV room for the children and large living area with gas fireplace for adults.
