The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

The Painter’s House

Our comfortable village house, dates from the late 1800’s and was the former home of a local painter, Terpsichore, you can see some of her works hanging in the house. The property has been recently renovated into a comfortable space giving guests a true feeling of village life being located within the labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets in the most picturesque village on Milos-Plaka,Known for incredible sunsets,breathtaking views,wonderful eating houses and beautiful churches.

"Milos By The Sea" is a brand new, traditional solar powerhouse, 100% eco-friendly, located in a fishing village only 600 meters from Plathiena beach. It is an Eco friendly house as it is completely powered by solar energy. The picturesque settlement called "Areti", provides an exquisite view, since it is surrounded by the beauty of nature. Waking up to the sound of the waves is a unique experience for our guests who need to enjoy absolute tranquility during their vacation.

Sunset Mansion

Where history meets modern design… Welcome to our “Sunset Mansion”. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

Cliffside two-level residence (@Eight Suites)

This is a unique residence located at the cliffside location of the traditional village of Plaka (the capital of Milos). Hanging at the edge of the settlement our guests will be able to enjoy a "caldera-like" view and magnificent sunset but without the crowds. A spacious renovated two-level residence able to accommodate two persons (only two persons, adults only) and offer a memorable stay combining luxury, privacy and panoramic views.

"Casa della Sirena 2" is a traditional comfortable home, where 2, 4 people can be accommodate comfortably and independently. Additionally, 2 young people over 12 yrs old, can be accommodated in the lob (access by a wooden staircase directly from the living room). "Casa della Sirena 2" has been redesigned by the owners – architects, in order to offer comfort, privacy and high aesthetics in a tranquil and traditional environment.

Aelia House is located in one of the most picturesque places of Milos. Plaka village which is the capital of the island, is on a hill with overwhelming view of the Aegean sea.
