We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. This cozy, mid-century style home is right on the river on a calm stretch just below Marshall Gold Discovery Park. Walk down the stairs from the deck and splash in the river! The large deck offers space to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furnishings make up this 1050 sq.ft. home. We have a gas BBQ grill for you to get your grill on as you look out over the river. Please note that, while the property appears to be private, there are neighbors close by. County ordinances prohibit excessive noise at any time, especially during quiet hours (10PM-8AM), and excessive noise may result in forfeiture of security deposit (loud noise or amplified music that may bother the neighbors is not allowed).

Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.
