200years old whitewashed Cycladic stone house, with a new adjacent private swimming pool, restored to its original iconic architecture, with stunning terraces, 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms. Our Villa consists of two queen size bedded rooms one of which contains an en-suite. It has an additional main bathroom ( outside of the bedroom ) and an outdoor WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The living room consists of a built in sofa which can accommodate for 1 Guest. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi on the terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy a warm cooked meal whilst indulging in your daily swim.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
