Make some memories at this unique, family-friendly waterfront river cottage (approx. 1,700 sf)! Fish, relax in the hammocks, or soak in the hot tub overlooking the river. Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required). Please note we have a video camera overlooking the driveway, stairway, and river bank below the cottage. This property has stairs to enter and many stairs down to the river bank, plus uneven floors inside. Please consider this before booking.

Welcome to the historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge, a farm stay on the Creeper Trail. We're waterfront too, and have sweet, fuzzy donkeys to pet. Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like.
