Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

The house is centrally-located in the heart of Pineville. It is minutes away from Rapides & Cabrini hospitals, good eats, and Kees Park (splash pad open in summer). Visiting family, sporting event, work, or wedding (6.5 miles Josephine & 10.5 miles Magnolia Bend, we are ready to be your home away from home!

LONE PINE COTTAGE (Hardtner House's Little Sister) is on the same 2 acre park-like property of the main house. This 600sf beauty is elegant, charming and comfortable including Living room with twin Murphy bed, small Kitchen with refrigerator-freezer, counter-top oven, microwave, coffee-maker, sink, kitchen basics, dining table-chairs. The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, sofa, reading area, closet and vanity/lavatory. The bath includes a "wet bath" with shower. Sleeps 2 or 3.

The cottage is located down a dead end gravel road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome!
