It's a newly constructed efficiency suite with a full size stove, fridge and comfortaire queen bed. The double french doors open up to a view of the woods where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This property is attached to another efficiency suite, but it separated by an insulated firewall. Concrete floors with Rugs throughout.
