Antica casa dell' 800, luminosa e panoramica, affacciata sulla piana del Tevere tra Todi e Perugia, completamente ristrutturata, nel centro storico di Deruta, il paese dell’arte civile. E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. Trasformata in un open space bello e accogliente, 3/5 posti letto offre un soggiorno comodo e confortevole a coppie o famiglie che vogliano visitare la verde Umbria.

"La Casa Colorata" è una struttura d'altri tempi. Immersa nella campagna tipica del territorio dove le colline, tappezzate di campi di grano, di girasoli e di vigneti, avvolgono lo sguardo senza parsimonia. Potrete vivere un'esperienza di autentico contatto con la natura, i cui profumi e suoni vi accompagneranno in ogni momento della giornata. La cascina è circondata da alberi di vario tipo: gelsi, roseti, alberi da frutto e la storica passione per fiori di ogni genere.

Very quiet environment, central position to visit the Frasassi caves, Fabriano, Jesi, Gubbio, Ancona, Perugia, Assisi, and the Adriatic coast. We rent out scooters.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
