The living room has a TV, fireplace and fast wifi. The large garden level basement features foosball, air hockey, a bar, 98” TV, and large cabinet with toys. In the backyard, enjoy a 6-person hot tub, propane fire pit, dining, a herd of deer that frequent the property and in Spring, a fox and kits playing.

Escape to your own tiny glass A-Frame on nearly 10 acres of pine forest. Enjoy glamping comfort with a loft bed, pullout couch, Starlink Wi-Fi, hot tub, grill, and projector for movie nights. Huge front windows offer peaceful forest views and starry skies. Explore the property, play outdoor games, or relax by the fire pit. The bathroom is about 150 ft west of the A-Frame, between the camper and the cabin. Expect fresh air, wildlife, and a few friendly bugs.

Briargate Retreat, Minutes USAFA, Food & Shopping

Enjoy the Rocky Mountains! This house is amazing, with 3000 square feet of living space in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Located in Briargate, North Colorado Springs. Great mountain views. Hiking trails within 30 minutes. Close to the highway, Air Force Academy, The Shops at Briargate, coffee shops, parks, etc. Beautiful gas fireplace in family room makes it cozy. This place is super walkable groceries restaurants you name it 10 min on foot.

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!
