The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

This beautiful, lakeside lodge overlooks a stunning lake, golf course and tranquil Nature Trail beyond for walks.. Its peaceful ambiance makes it perfect for holiday guests to chill. The well-equipped cottage opens onto a spacious decking area, furnished with dining and relaxing seating, an amazing pergola and bbq. Leading to the private dock, it allows fishing from the lake. Cam Cottage Cabin is right on the river and is accessed through courtyard gates. It is secluded and an isolated spot nestled in an acre and a half of grounds. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. Unwind in the delightful Northamptonshire countryside in a fully serviced modern Lodge, hand-made in the UK. Relax in your private hot tub or enjoy the decking that overlooks the Grand Union Canal. As the sun goes down, light your fire pit and cook locally sourced produce on the BBQ provided, or enjoy a drink from our selection of local beers and ciders or extensive wine list. A two-bedroom duplex apartment on the river in the centre of St. Neots, Apartment 2 Marina Heights St. Neots has a view of the marina. This is a great place to decompress and unwind while enjoying a glass of wine or feeding the fish or ducks. The apartment has a King-sized bed and a double bed. A balcony with views of the Marina and St. Mary Church is an added bonus in the master bedroom.
